第一部分 - 中文文本

根据《保险法》及相关规定，为确保甲方与乙方在合同履约过程中的权益，特制订本保函：

一、保险金额及币种：本保函的保证金额为人民币[填写保证金额]元整。

二、保险期限：本保函有效期自签发之日起至履约保证条款约定的保险责任终止之日以及乙方履行全部合同义务之日。

三、本保函覆盖下述责任：

1. 乙方对本次工程项目进行设计、施工、安装等工作，并按合同要求提供相应的保修服务；
2. 乙方按时交付工程成果，并确保工程质量符合合同规定；
3. 乙方按照合同规定履行付款义务。

四、保险责任终止：本保函将自动解除并不再具备保险责任的约束，以最早发生以下情况为准：

1. 乙方正式履行全部合同义务之日；
2. 本保函有效期届满且乙方已经全额支付合同款项。

第二部分 - 英文文本

According to the Insurance Law and relevant regulations, to ensure the rights and interests of both parties in the performance of the contract, this letter of guarantee is hereby formulated:

1. Insurance Amount and Currency: The guarantee amount under this letter is [insert insured amount] RMB.

2. Insurance Period: This letter of guarantee shall be valid from the date of issuance until the date when the insurance liability stipulated in the performance guarantee clause terminates, as well as the date when Party B fulfills all contractual obligations.

3. This letter of guarantee covers the following responsibilities:

1. Party B shall carry out design, construction, installation, and other work for this project, and provide corresponding warranty services as required by the contract;
2. Party B shall deliver the engineering results on time and ensure that the quality of the project meets the contract requirements;
3. Party B shall fulfill the payment obligations in accordance with the contract.

4. Termination of Insurance Liability: This guarantee will automatically terminate and no longer have insurance liability constraints, based on the earliest occurrence of the following conditions:

1. The date when Party B officially fulfills all contractual obligations;
2. The expiration of the validity period of this letter of guarantee and Party B has paid the full contract amount.
